ABOUT IBDA

A focused real-estate platform for the space above the building.

IBDA Innovation LLC is a subsidiary of Darzain Progressing LLC dedicated to rooftop development and innovative outdoor-space solutions. Our goal is to unlock the value of underused roofs by combining architecture, landscape, comfort, and practical site planning.

We begin with the way a client wants to use the space, then shape a concept around shade, seating, planting, lighting, privacy, movement and the realities of the existing structure.

Our operations are currently active in Saudi Arabia, with plans to launch in the United States soon as we expand the Ibda platform into new markets.

Riyadh rooftop development platform

Ibda is currently developing a rooftop-focused project for Riyadh, built around helping property owners imagine, plan and move toward transforming unused rooftop space.

The experience includes a digital design studio where potential clients can choose a rooftop style, adjust finishes and elements, use a phone camera or rooftop photo to visualize a concept, and prepare an initial request for a quote.
